Shipping

We ship to USA and Canadian addresses only. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please take this into consideration when choosing a shipping service for your order. If your needs are critical please call (520) 682-8928 and we'll help you choose the fastest and most economical shipping method.

A Tracking Number will be emailed to you when your order ships. If you were logged into your account when making an order you can access your tracking number from your account page.

Shipping - US

    We offer the following shipping options for US-bound orders:

  • Ground Saver - 2-6 business days transit, (see note below).
  • USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 business days transit
  • UPS Ground - 1-5 business days transit
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
    Notes:
  1. Transit times are estimates based on when a shipment leaves our facility.
  2. We usually ship UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select orders the same business day we get them but we don't guarantee it.
  3. Effective May 10, 2021, United Parcel Service, (UPS) has "suspended" their Service Guarantee for UPS 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select services. This means that if you choose to ship UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select and your shipment fails to arrive in that time frame which begins after it leaves our facility neither UPS nor The Earth Pigments Company will refund your shipping cost as has been customary in the past. That being said, UPS service commitment failures are infrequent and most expedited service orders arrive without delay.
  4. Customers are invited to Contact us or call (520) 682-8928 to arrange for UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Express shipping.
  5. Ground Saver is offered as an economical option for shipments. This service will utilize either Ground Advantage or Parcel Select from the USPS. Parcel Select uses UPS for initial transportation, with final delivery by the USPS.
  6. UPS Ground, 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air require a street address for delivery. We cannot ship via UPS to a USPS PO Box.

Shipping - Canada

    We offer the following services for Canada-bound orders:

  • Global Post Standard. Transit time varies by location, 10-20 business days is common. Not available to all Canadian destinations.
  • USPS Priority Mail International - 6-10 business days transit.

  1. Customers are responsible for all tax and/or duty levied by Canadian Customs.
  2. Customers are invited to Contact us or call (520) 682-8928 to arrange for UPS or FedEx International Shipping.
