All sales are final on products ordered in multi-kilo or multi-pound quantities unless they are defective, shipped in error or were damaged in transit.
Damaged or defective products or those shipped in error will be replaced or a refund issued including shipping if you notify us within 30 calendar days of the date on your sales receipt.
You may return all other products, within 30 calendar days of the date on your sales receipt, for a refund, (less shipping and handling) if those items are returned to us in original and unopened condition. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened. To return an eligible product contact us for an RMA, (Return Authorization Number) by calling (520) 682-8928.
Shipments by UPS which are Refused by Recipient and returned to us please note: UPS charges a return shipment fee for Refused shipments which will be deducted from any refund due.
Returns not due to our error may incur a 20% restocking/repackaging charge. Please insure your return and pack it carefully to prevent damage and/or leaking.
